Gun Prohibitionist Warren Shows Creepy Hypocrisy by Minimizing CEO’s Assassination

What does it say about Elizabeth Warren’s agenda when some acts of “gun violence” elicit excuses instead of unequivocal condemnation? (Moms Demand Action – MA/Facebook)

“Healthcare CEO ‘Wanted’ Posters Appear in NY After Brian Thompson Shooting,” Newsweek reported Wednesday. “Following the shooting, videos shared on social media showed ‘wanted’ signs featuring Thompson and other healthcare corporate leaders plastered across traffic control boxes in Canal Street in Manhattan.

“One video showed a poster with a red X over Thompson’s image,” the report explained. “Other posters featured images of Heather Cianfrocco, Optum Health’s CEO, and UnitedHealth Group CEO Andrew Witty.”

With the thousands of CCTV cameras set up across New York City, it seems likely that authorities have footage of the perpetrators in action, could track their movements to and from the scenes and possibly identify them. With growing sentiment on social media applauding the cold-blooded murder of a human being and praising a back-shooter, once considered a universal admission of cowardice, it’s fair to wonder where free speech ends and incitement begins. Case in point, look what they’ve tried to pin on Donald Trump for what he did and did not say on January 6.

Another thought that comes to mind is a quote attributed to Marxist revolutionary Vladimir Lenin: “The capitalists will sell us the rope with which to hang them.”

“Get woke go broke” not only alienates “conservative” customers, but, just as no “gun law” will ever be enough for the political left,  no amount of corporate kowtowing will ever satisfy them either. Cases in point, UnitedHealth and Optum Health both make a public showing of bending the knee and embracing the Holy Grail of secular progressivism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

It doesn’t matter. The cultural Marxists, to include a disturbing preponderance of indignant “progressive” social media posters, still want ‘em dead. That’s because they’ve been conditioned by government “education” to embrace a line advanced by all the leading globalists, from the World Health Organization to the UN’s “Declaration of Human Rights” (and one backed by Google’s “AI Overview”), that health care is a right.

Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat Party believe that, too. And they’re trying to pass legislation mandating that housing is a right.

From each according to his abilities to each according to his needs, right?

Disregard that rights are preexisting to government and inherent to the condition of being human (I’d say endowed by our Creator, but godless communists don’t believe in that). To require anyone to provide goods or services is a form of slavery, and what government “gives,” government can withhold and take away. We all have a right to seek the things that contribute to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but none of us has the right to force another to provide them for us.

We’ve all seen what happens when government has presumed authority to be the arbiter of health care, with examples from Canada with its media wait time of 30 weeks, from the UK with its crisis of escalating costs and millions waiting for care, and from Cuba, where its bureaucratic disaster of a health care system is kindly described as a “fiasco,”

We’ve seen it here, with lives and businesses destroyed in the government’s response to its COVID-19 creation, joining with “Big Pharma” giants in what is presented as “public/private partnerships.” As an important, mostly unknown book that merits wider reading, The Misinformation Antidote, shows us what such a relationship really reflects is fascism, the very indictment the real fascists smear individualists with.

Of course, there’s justified outrage when greed and corruption result in patients getting screwed over or worse, but to condemn the entire system as deserving of being burned down is the way of the mob. Each perceived grievance deserves something the back-shooter denied the CEO whose execution the online mob is celebrating: Due process.

And it’s funny, the resentment large salaries for top executives engenders because of the way that the mob is steered to pick which elites it wants dead and which it should exalt. There sure haven’t been any Antifa types or other Democrat activists decrying the inequity of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s $3B net worth.

“Right-thinking” useful idiot celebrities appear to be exempt (for now). To paraphrase Glinda from The Wizard of Oz, “Are you a good One-Percenter or a bad One-Percenter?” Presumably, Elon Musk is considered a bad one because of his pro-MAGA politics, which is really the determinant. Kamala lovers, on the other hand, are revered.

Come to think of it, the alleged killer comes from a pretty well-off family himself.

Another well-heeled mob leader, not at the level of the “entertainment” elites but not doing too badly for a politician, is Elizabeth Warren, who, per The Street, “with her husband, Bruce Mann, have amassed a formidable financial fortune, placing her well within the top 1% of highest-earning Americans. Elizabeth Warren has a net worth of at least $7.5 million.”

Not bad for a career politician who “earns about $174,000 per year as a U.S. Senator.”

But it’s curious that multimillionaire Warren  “outrageously sympathized with the killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson — and others who cheered the murderer on — claiming ‘people can only be pushed so far,’ before condemning the violence. The visceral response from people across the country who feel cheated, ripped off, and threatened by the vile practices of their insurance companies should be a warning to everyone in the health care system,” Warren asserted.

Speaking of vile practices, what she’s doing is giving “establishment” blessing to less restrained condemnations of the victim. We see that in an openly communist University of Pennsylvania professor (and immigrant from Russia) who calls the suspected killer “the icon we all need and deserve.” We see it in “influencers” employed by the DSM (Duranty/Streicher Media) like Briahna Joy Gray, who says she has “no empathy” (a sign of psychosis) for Thompson, and former Washington Post journalist Taylor Lorenz, who said his murder brought her “joy.”

What’s also outrageous is Warren, who never saw a gun she didn‘t want to ban, is making excuses for a killer who broke every major New York City “gun law” on possession, carrying, and use, while doing everything in her power to disarm Americans and leave them vulnerable to attack.

What “mainstream Democrat” Warren is doing by attacking free enterprise (the reason displaced people of the world try to come here instead of the other way around) and the right to arms of Americans who believe that what they earn is theirs ( a sentiment shared by the Founders in their rebellion against the tyranny of the Crown) is advancing the interests of those who would take and control all.

Such sentiments are hardly a surprise to the few of us who have been warning of such things. Unfortunately (because communists hide and rewrite the past whenever it exposes their lies), most Americans are unaware of the “revolutionary” songs once proudly championed by the Democrat Socialists of America, closely allied with Bernie Sanders and the Congressional Progressive Caucus. They’ve been intentionally taken down from the DSA website and are now only available via the Internet Archive lest people notice them and start thinking twice about the wisdom of giving such bloody-minded misfits that monopoly of violence totalitarians always demand.

Here are two that come to mind:

Are You Sleeping, Bourgeoisie
Traditional American song, sung in rounds to the tune of “Frere Jacques”.
Are you sleeping, Are you sleeping,
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie,
And when the revolution comes,
We’ll kill you all with knives and guns,
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie

Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie, See How They Run
Usually sung in rounds after “Are You Sleeping, Bourgeoisie”. Sung to the tune of “Three Blind Mice”.
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie,
See how they run,
See how they run
And when the revolution comes,
We’ll kill them all with knives and guns,
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie

Guess who the Bourgeoisie are.

The unfortunate CEO is a bellwether of what’s coming if Marxist citizen disarmers have their way. Elizabeth Warren and fellow gun prohibitionists are clearing that way.

Anyone who tells you they can “respect the Second Amendment and still have commonsense gun safety laws” is, at minimum, a useful idiot and enabler of tyranny. If they’re not just a cud chewer in a red t-shirt and actually know what they’re doing, they’re evil, for real, and if allowed to succeed, will destroy the Blessings of Liberty and replace them with misery, horror, and death for ourselves and our Posterity.

But Warren is right about one thing. People can only be pushed so far.
