Senate Bill 259 removes the one-size-fits-all ban on carrying firearms for self-defense in places of worship, allowing private property owners to make such decisions regarding security on their own, allows for weapons carry license applications to be filed online and by mail, requires municipalities to auction unclaimed firearms, and prohibits the state and local governments from restricting Second Amendment rights during declared states of emergencies.

Again, please contact your state representative and ask them to SUPPORT SB 259.
